The Lord has blessed His missions ministry through us by way of our Faith Promise for Missions program, through which we currently support 19 individual missionaries and their families all over the world. Many of them have been a part of our church family in years past, and several we are in association with our denomination, the Baptist General Conference. We are grateful to be able to prayerfully and financially support these servants of God, and if you would like to know how our Missions Ministry Team operates, or would like to apply for financial assistance as a career or short-term missionary, we invite you to visit our Library page where you will find a Missions sub-page with links to PDF documents you may download and print. These are our Missions Operations Handbook and various applications for support. If you would like to get in touch with our Missions Ministry Team, please use our Contact Us page to send the church office an email, whereby your message will be forwarded to the appropriate people.
In addition to the links associated with the following missionaries, we recommend these missions organizations:
Great Commission Ministries works to fulfill the Great Commission by mobilizing missionaries to serve local churches, for the purpose of evangelism, discipleship and church planting.
Operation Mobilization works in every continent and on every ocean (via two ocean-going ships), seeking to demonstrate and proclaim the love of God. In every situation OM teams adapt to the local culture and situation, finding the best ways to share Jesus. Through literature, the creative arts, friendship, Bible studies, videos and cassette tapes, correspondence courses, relief and development work, and much, much more… by all means possible OMers tell people how their lives have been changed… and how they can meet Jesus. Wherever possible, Operation Mobilization works in partnership with the local church, encouraging and supporting local believers. Where there is no church… OM seeks to plant churches.
Youth With A Mission is an international movement of Christians from many denominations dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world, with a calling is to know God and to make Him known. They involve people of almost every age, and their many ministries fit into three main categories: evangelism, training and mercy ministry. YWAM is in more than 1,000 locations in over 149 countries, with a staff of nearly 16,000.
The following pages list our current Faith Promise for Missions-supported missionaries. We have provided a link when available to their agency in case you would like to get be in contact with them or know more about their specific ministry.
