Building Usage & Weddings
Event Scheduling and Availability
Thank you for considering the use of our building for your event or activity. In keeping with our charitable organization status, we must limit use of our facilities to non-profit and charitable organizations, as well as private, non-commercial individuals and groups.
General Non-Commercial Use
Click the link below for a copy of our Reservation Request For Building Use form. Please return the completed form at your earliest convenience. Our Building Use Coordinator will be in touch with you within a week to discuss details of your request.
In addition to the Building Usage Request Form, please refer to our Wedding Handbook (PDF file below) which includes general instructions, our philosophy of marriage, Wedding Coordinator Services, a Personal Information Questionnaire and a wedding specific Fee Schedule. Having a wedding at MVBF requires the services of our Wedding Coordinator. Our Wedding Coordinator will contact you after you have secured your reservation with our Administrator by completing and returning the Building Usage Request Form and making your down payment - via our Donate page or by mailing in a check.
